Will being prepare make You Poor?

No, not if you do it right.

Face it, people start preparin becuase they are afraid. The reason they are afaird is something bad happen to them or close to them. It's not going to be like you go to the gym and walk back thinking it's time to prepare for a disaster that could or could not happen.

The first thing about this is do not be emotional. After the flood in Bangkok, the town was overflowing with emergency gerators and bloats. The worst flood in a handred year has past and it'll probably take another hundred years before something of that magnitude happens again. But it doesn't stop people from bying those nessesities. Another example is in Japan where people were stocking up on food and bottle water after the earthquake.

Most people think about being prepare, they go after the extrea sanarios.

In movies and television series have all the toys and survival gear imaginable, and like everything you see it can't be real. The underground bunker with tunnel, Ten-year supply of MRE’s (meals ready to eat), 2,000 gallon fuel storage, backup generators, percussion grenades, tricked out four-wheel drive truck and a room full of other firearms. It'll cost a fortune that only Uncle Sam can afford. And the only reason they do so is becuase they're afriad of a nueclear attack. It's not what you need if there is a flood or an earthquake, a more like disaster to happen.

List out the supplies you need to last two weeks in case of an emergency, that is on your everyday shopping list anyway.
